Claim your spot for a custom leather or miscellaneous order.

This deposit is intended for custom items that do not include horsehair or muletape.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Headstalls
• Breast collars
• Reins
• Wither straps
• Spur straps, including suede styles
• Tack sets
• Leather patch hats
• Back cinch bottle holders
• Loping hacks
• Other leather goods and miscellaneous custom items I currently offer

If you are ordering multiple coordinating pieces as part of the same custom order, you only need to purchase one deposit spot.

HOW THE DEPOSIT PROCESS WORKS

• Purchase this listing to reserve your custom order spot.
• After checkout, send me a message on Facebook Messenger with your order number and a general idea of what you are wanting.
• We will go over item type, leather, hardware, sizing, style, design details, and any other necessary information.
• Once your order details are finalized, I will update your original deposit invoice with the remaining balance due.
• Your custom order must be paid in full before it is officially added to my worklist.
• Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your order.

ESTIMATED TURNAROUND TIME

Current estimated turnaround time is approximately 2–3 months.

This is an estimate only and may vary depending on the item ordered, complexity of the design, material or hardware availability, number of pieces included in the order, and my current workload.

Important: Purchasing the deposit does not start your turnaround time. Your turnaround begins once your order details are finalized, your remaining balance has been paid in full, and I have everything needed to complete your order.

• All custom-order deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your final order total.
• Your order is not added to my worklist until the remaining balance is paid in full.
• Turnaround time does not begin on the date the deposit is purchased.
• Custom orders must be based on products, styles, and construction methods I currently offer.
• I do not accept completely one-off or custom-from-scratch product designs outside of my existing product line.
• Customizations to existing styles are always welcome.
• Leather, hardware, colors, and other materials are subject to current availability.
• If you are ordering several coordinating pieces together, please purchase one deposit, not one deposit per item.
