When making a purchase through KnotsByK, you are responsible for reading and agreeing to the following:

Custom Ordering:

-Turn around time varies based on the amount of orders I have at the time you place yours, and what items you are ordering! I will give you an estimated turn around time before you place your order! This time is just that, an ESTIMATE, not an exact date when your order will be ready for shipment. Please see home page for current turn around on custom orders, or contact me!

Disclosure/Warranty:

***Due to the unpredictable nature of horses, livestock, or any other animal, and the activities involving them, KnotsByK LLC and it's owner cannot be held liable for an losses, injuries, or damages while using our products!***

-KnotsByK is dedicated to offer you quality and lasting products! Each and every product is made by hand.

If damages occur to an item, and it is not caused by mis-use from person or animal, you can send the item back and I will repair(assuming it can be fixed!) You will be responsible for shipping cost and possible material cost if any!

Lost conchos will not be replaced free of charge, it is your responsibility to make sure to check the screws are tight from time to time!
