If you have any problems upon receiving your item, please contact me directly ASAP and I will be happy to help you resolve the problem!

-Returns are accepted on in-stock/unused items only within 7 days of receiving the product! You will receive and instore credit/exchange upon receiving the item back after inspection. You are responsible for all shipping cost. Please contact me for help with an exchange!

-ALL custom orders, auction, and discounted items are non refundable.

-NO refunds/exchanges on earrings are allowed!
